These guidelines apply to uploads, comments, profiles, votes, reports and fan matching.
Post only lawful content
Post only your own work, material with demonstrable permission or use covered by a legal exception. Calling something “fan art” or a “meme” does not automatically make it permitted.
Respect image rights and privacy
Do not post intimate, manipulated or private images without valid permission. Do not impersonate a creator, fan or FanFeed staff member.
Protect minors
No sexual exploitation, grooming or material that endangers minors. Fan matching is strictly 18+.
Keep contributions authentic and relevant
No spam, fraud, malware, mass duplicate uploads, artificial votes, deceptive links or unauthorised advertising.
Matching is for safe friendships
Do not pressure anyone to share handles or personal details. Do not misuse information revealed after a match, and respect blocks and ended matches.
Report responsibly
Report illegal content through the takedown process and conduct through [email protected]. Provide concrete information and do not knowingly submit a false report.
Moderation and human review
Uploads are manually reviewed before publication. Technical controls limit spam and misuse; administrators assess content removals, suspensions and appeals.
How we enforce the rules
- Possible measures include rejecting an upload, limiting visibility, removal, warning, temporary suspension, blocking matching access or terminating an account.
- We consider context, seriousness, frequency, consequences and intent. Where appropriate, a restriction includes the main reason and an opportunity to appeal.
- Serious or manifestly illegal content may be restricted immediately. Repeated manifestly illegal use may result in a reasonable suspension after warning.
